Cancellation & Transfer Policy
All refunds requests must be received in writing and will be issued within 30 days. The following is our refund schedule less a $75 (conference) / $50 (awards gala) admin fee:
- Requests received more than 60 days prior to event by August 12th at 5pm PDT will be refunded 100% of payment, less the admin fee.
- Requests received 30-60 days prior to event August 12th – September 11th at 5pm PDT will be refund 50% of payment, less the admin fee.
- Requests received 30 days or less prior to the event September 11th – October 10th will not be eligible for a refund, and only entitled to transfer attendance to a colleague. The substitute attendee name must be submitted by October 3rd by 5pm PDT.
In the event that Great Place to Work® must cancel the event, you will be notified accordingly and registration fees will be fully refunded within 10 business days. Our liability is limited to the return of these registrations fees only.
