Ana María es Administradora de profesión, egresada de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas de la Universidad de Lima con honores. Ha participado en seminarios nacionales e internacionales sobre temas diversos como liderazgo, calidad, marketing y reingeniería. Con amplia experiencia en el área de consultoría en temas de clima laboral, imagen y planeamiento estratégico, trabajando en el análisis de comportamientos y diseño de estrategias para diversas categorías.
